Investment Property Owners Association of Nova Scotia
Located in Halifax ,The Investment Property Owners Association of Nova Scotia (IPOANS) membership consists of one hundred and sixty rental housing providers who collectively manage more than 55,000 rental units. Established in 1978, IPOANS has become the creditable and the positive public voice for addressing the challenges and matters within Nova Scotia's apartment rental sector providing its members with three core services: Advocacy, Education, and Membership Services. IPOANS advocates for rental housing providers with residential rental properties in Nova Scotia that include local, national, and international property management firms.
