This course is intended for those wishing to design and build a PASSIVE SOLAR HOME with an air recirculated heat storage slab.
- PASSIVE SOLAR BASICS
- GROUND INSULATION instead of frost walls
- HEAT STORAGE SLAB construction techniques and details
- AIR RECIRCULATION and FILTRATION SYSTEM design and components
- SYSTEM BALANCING and CONTROLS
The fee: $50 students, $60 single, $80 couples. You get construction detail sheets along with sketches of systems and components, and a DVD of the course visuals.
