A survey of the solar energy industry as it stood in 2018! Facts were gathered from thirty-two businesses involved in solar energy products and services in Atlantic Canada. Results from both installers and manufacturers were compiled into this comprehensive report, and productivity summaries for the entire region are presented. We estimate that the solar energy sector generates at least $22.7 million in sales and employs at least 245 people in Atlantic Canada. The report includes a wealth of comments from leaders in the industry, and concludes with recommendations for policy makers.
